Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):


As administrator for the marketing team your daily tasks will include the monitoring of the UK Marketing Mailbox. Ensuring requests are distributed and allocated to the correct individual. Uploading and assigning tasks to Monday.com (the marketing team’s project management system). Making sure contact details are correct, tasks are updated, relevant documents and deadlines are kept up to date.


Main Activities/Responsibilities:


Attending weekly team meetings taking notes and creating actions from them. Following up with the marketing team for status updates and completion of tasks on time.


Managing invoices, coding and sending them to purchase ledger once approved.


You will be the first point of contact for people external to the team. Regularly communicating between other departments and external organisations such as our design agency. Making sure marketing materials and promos are sent as requested. Checking and maintaining the safety stock levels of marketing materials.


You will also help with the organising of trade shows and events. Managing deadlines, booking travel, hotels, attendance etc. You may occasionally be asked to attend these shows in support of the commercial team.


Education and Experience:


To be a successful candidate you need to be at a competent skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Teams in particular). Full training will be given on the Monday.com
project management system. You need to be disciplined with a high level of attention to detail be able to work independently using your initiative when necessary.
