Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):


A customer facing role with the sole purpose of training and developing internal employees to enable them to be fully equipped with product knowledge and experience to then deliver an effective service to our external customers.


Main Activities/Responsibilities:


  • Customer product training
  • Mentor current and new employees on a 1-2-1 basis on site and in house
  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards
  • Create training videos/literature to help field-based employees and internal teams
  • Monitor individuals training records and upskill as required
  • Nationwide travel and time away from home on a regular basis
  • Processing training documents and keeping individuals records up to date
  • Induction training for new employees
  • Creating new procedures
  • Bring new ideas and always look to improve procedures

Competencies:


  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior training position desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to work alone and part of a team
  • Great people skills
  • Confident and engaging approach to training
  • Professional approach and attitude
  • The ability to understand the audience and adapt training as required
  • To be able to challenge in the correct ways and build relationships
